Cleveland Talent Booked in An Upcoming Film

The director says “Building Of Perception” is about “a building full of tenants hiding their real agenda, and the wrong perception could be fatal.”  From the producer of the talk over Cleveland TV Show on Youtube, the film is scheduled to begin shooting this month. The casting was looking for local talent for a variety of roles.

4 North Carolina Talent Contacted For TNT Shoot

Four of our North Carolina talent were contacted with details for a Good Behavior episode shoot. Good Behavior airs on the TNT channel, along with their other hit scripted shows; Major Crimes, The Last Ship, Animal Kingdom, and The Librarians. Good Behavior is an American drama television series based on the novella series by Blake Crouch about a con artist named Letty, a flawed and recently released from prison thief who is intent on gaining custody of her 10-year-old bi-racial son Jacob. She infrequently sees her parole officer who is exasperated by her attitude and lack of progress. While robbing a hotel room, Letty, hiding in the closet, overhears a discussion about a contract killing. Her unsuccessful effort to prevent the killing creates a series-long involvement with the killer, Javier, to the point of a full relationship and participation in subsequent “hits” and a startling family reunion.

Detroit Talent Booked For Emagine Shoot

Three of our Detroit area talent were booked for a video shoot with Emagine movie theater and Joey Radio from radio station Channel 955.

The Emagine luxury theater company is proudly based in the Mid-West and enjoys the honor of being named Detroit’s “Best Movie Theatre” for several years running by the Detroit Free Press, the Detroit News, in addition to WDIV.

Channel 955 notes themselves as Detroit’s #1 hit music station. Joey Radio, featured in the video, originally started out with an internship at Channel 955 and now has been an on-air personality for the past three years. Our Nine9 talent shot the contest video, inviting local high school students to enter the Hush Policy Trailer Contest, asking movie goers to silence their phones when visiting theaters.

Our talent had a great time working with the client on set. Both Salina G. and Erika S. were both chosen to work with the client from a previous opportunity, and Danny K. was booked from our comp card submission.

Chicago Talent Booked For Role On Chicago Justice

One of our Chicago area talent was booked for a role on upcoming NBC show, Chicago Justice. Powerhouse creator Dick Wolf delivers a captivating new installment to the hit Chicago franchise. Just like their brethren in the Chicago P.D., the State’s Attorney’s dedicated team of prosecutors and investigators navigate heated city politics and controversy head-on, while fearlessly pursuing justice. As they take on the city’s high-stakes and often media-frenzied cases, they must balance public opinion, power struggles within the system and their unwavering passion for the law.

Carl Weathers stars as State’s Attorney Mark Jefferies, Philip Winchester as Assistant State’s Attorney Peter Stone, Jon Seda as Chief Investigator Antonio Dawson, Monica Barbaro as Assistant State’s Attorney Anna Valdez, and Joelle Carter as Investigator Laura Nagel. Chicago Justice is set to premiere March 5th.

South Carolina Talent Booked In Marlon Wayans’ Film

Netflix signed a deal to produce and distribute Marlon Wayans’ next project titled Naked. The romantic comedy reunites Wayans with Michael Tiddes, who directed him in A Haunted House and his more recent film, Fifty Shades Of Black. The movie is a remake, based on the 2000 Swedish film Naken. Wayans stars as Rob Anderson, a charming man-child who wakes up on his wedding day, naked in an elevator. He relives the hour before the ceremony over and over again. The romantic comedy reunites Regina Hall who stars alongside Wayans in the film. Netflix has set the film to premiere globally on the streaming site in later in 2017.

Jessica W. was booked for a two day shoot late last year. She got back to us about her time on set, and said it was a great experience and everything went very well.

Philadelphia Talent Contacted for ID’s “Disappeared”

10 Philadelphia talent contacted for an episode of Investigation Discovery’s “Disappeared”.

Stories of missing persons are told in hour-long episodes through the voices of family, friends and investigators trying to solve the case. Interviews with experts including psychologists and forensic specialists provide new insights into what may have happened.

The casting called for a variety of roles to reenactactual events.

Georgia Booked In Upcoming Jumanji Film

One of our Atlanta area talent was booked for the adventure film, Jumanji. In an all new Jumanji adventure, the tables are turned as four teenagers are sucked into Jumanji’s world. The teens are pitted against rhinos, black mambas and an endless variety of jungle traps and puzzles. They’ll play as characters from the game to survive, a brave explorer (Dwayne Johnson); a tiny genius (Kevin Hart); a bookworm professor (Jack Black); and an amazonian warrior (Karen Gillan). To beat the game and return to the real world with their lives, they’ll have to start seeing things in an entirely different way.
The film is a spiritual sequel and continuation of the 1995 film of the same name, and will have a tribute to the late Robin Williams. Jumanji is scheduled to be released late December this year.

Louisiana Talent Contact For NCIS: New Orleans

We reached out to multiple talent in the New Orleans area for an opportunity to shoot for CBS’s NCIS: New Orleans. The series combines elements of a military drama and police procedural genres and is the third member of the NCIS franchise. The series stars Scott Bakula and C.C.H. Pounder, and comes after the success of the original NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles. It is the second longest-running scripted, non-animated U.S. prime time TV series currently airing, surpassed only by Law & Order: Special Victims Unit which first aired in 1999, and is the 15th longest-running scripted U.S. prime time TV series overall.

The clients were looking to directly book talent to play the roles of young military students.

Two Houston Talent Requested To Audition For PBS Shoot


Two of our younger Houston area talent were selected by the client to attend auditions for an upcoming PBS video shoot. The Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) is an American public broadcaster and television program distributor. PBS is an independently operated non-profit organization and is the most prominent provider of television programming to public television stations in the US, distributing series such as BBC World News, NOVA, Dragon Tales, PBS NewsHour, Masterpiece, American Masters, and Antiques Roadshow among many others.

Dan Gordon’s “Take the Stage: A Performing Arts TV Show for Kids” provides video content for PBS and was looking for talent for upcoming Spanish versions of videos created. Gordon Education makes performing arts education accessible to all kids through the Take the Stage TV program, interactive digital content, media for schools and community outreach initiatives.

10 Detroit Talent Booked For JuJu On That Beat Music Video

“Juju on That Beat”, by rappers Zay Hilfigerrr and Zayion McCall, is a freestyle over the beat of the song “Knuck If You Buck” by American hip hop group Crime Mob featuring Lil’ Scrappy.  The music video, filmed in Detroit, went viral on McCall’s YouTube channel in early November and has attracted more than 82 million views.

The casting called for the lead roles of the neighbors and a police officer, as well as various background dancers.  Congrats to all those selected..
